The salad is incredibly crunchy and full of nutrients. It will be a great change for traditional salads, a perfect dish on its own or as an addition to the main course or on the Easter table. You'll find native radishes, carrots and cucumbers and more exotic and unusual ingredients like wakame algae and hemp seeds. If you forgo them, the salad will still be delicious, but it's worth seeking them out because they are not only delicious, but also contain many valuable ingredients:
wakame seaweed - contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, especially a large supply of folic acid and a lot of manganese, which helps absorb vitamins. It's also a great source of omega-3 unsaturated acids. By the way, they are low in calories and filling - so they are worth adding to your diet. Remember that they need to soak in water for 30-40 minutes before eating them. Then they are ready to eat. You can get them at oriental food stores, better delis or online.

hemp seeds - these are wonderfully crunchy, tiny balls with a nutty flavour, one of the so-called. superfoods. I love adding them to salads or desserts and sprinkle them on just about everything. They are a real vitamin and mineral bomb. They provide more omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids than flax and nuts, with a perfect 3:1 ratio of omega-6 to omega-3 fatty acids. They are also an excellent source of vegan, hypoallergenic and easily digestible protein. You can get them at health food stores. I use hemp seeds from HempKing, as they are organically grown. So I have confidence that they are not contaminated with anything.
